Welcome to Teamline. These Terms of Use ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you and Teamline, Inc. ("Teamline", "we", "us", or "our") and govern your access to and use of the Teamline website, applications, and related services (collectively, the "Service").
Teamline provides workflow automation, async collaboration, and reporting tools that integrate with third-party platforms such as Slack, Microsoft Teams, Google, and Atlassian Jira. The Service is intended primarily for business and organizational use (B2B), even where individual users access Teamline through workplace accounts or integrations.
By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
If you are accepting these Terms on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity, and references to "you" refer to that entity.
To use the Service, you must create and maintain an account. Teamline currently supports authentication via supported third-party identity providers, including Slack, Microsoft, and Google (each, a "Third-Party Account").
When you sign in using a Third-Party Account, you authorize Teamline to receive basic account information such as your name, email address, and workspace or organization identifiers, subject to the permissions granted by you and the applicable third-party provider.
You agree to: provide accurate and complete information; keep your account information up to date; and ensure that only authorized users access the Service through your account or workspace.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account or within your connected workspace, including actions taken by authorized users. You must promptly notify Teamline of any unauthorized access or suspected security breach.
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if information provided is inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading, or if account usage violates these Terms.
The Service integrates with third-party platforms, including but not limited to Slack, Microsoft Teams, Google services, and Atlassian Jira ("Third-Party Services"). Your use of Third-Party Services is governed by their respective terms and policies.
Teamline does not control and is not responsible for Third-Party Services. We do not guarantee the availability, accuracy, or continued functionality of any integration.
By enabling integrations, you authorize Teamline to access, process, and transmit data from Third-Party Services solely to provide and operate the Service, in accordance with these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
Subject to these Terms, Teamline grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use the Service for your internal business purposes during the term of your subscription.
You may not: reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Service; resell, rent, or make the Service available to third parties outside your organization; circumvent security or usage limits; or use the Service in a way that interferes with its normal operation or other customers.
AI-Powered Features: The Service includes features powered by artificial intelligence ("AI"). AI-generated outputs are provided for informational and assistive purposes only and are not guaranteed accurate or complete. You bear responsibility for validating outputs before relying on them. Certain AI features rely on third-party service providers to process data on Teamline's behalf, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Teamline is offered as a subscription-based Software-as-a-Service (SaaS). Subscription plans, pricing, and billing intervals (monthly or annual) are described on our website or in an applicable order form.
Trials: Teamline offers a 14-day free trial that starts automatically upon account creation. No credit card is required to activate the free trial. During the trial period, you receive access equivalent to the Team plan, unless otherwise specified.
Before the end of the 14-day trial, you may upgrade to a paid subscription by adding a valid payment method in the billing settings, or contact our sales team at [email protected] to discuss Enterprise plan options.
If you do not purchase a paid plan before the trial expires, your account will automatically transition to the Free plan, with reduced features and limits, and no charges will be applied.
Failure to pay applicable fees may result in suspension or termination of access to the Service.
Refunds: Except where required by law or explicitly stated in writing, fees are non-refundable. Refund programs or guarantees offered by Teamline are subject to specific eligibility conditions and time limits communicated at purchase.
"Customer Content" means any data, messages, tasks, files, or other information submitted to or processed through the Service via integrations or user actions.
You retain ownership of your Customer Content. You grant Teamline a limited, non-exclusive right to process Customer Content solely to provide, maintain, and improve the Service, in accordance with these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
Teamline processes Customer Content as a service provider. We do not sell Customer Content and do not use it for advertising purposes.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have all necessary rights and permissions to provide Customer Content and to connect Third-Party Services.
We strive to provide a reliable Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Planned maintenance, updates, or unexpected outages may occur.
Teamline may modify, update, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. If we materially reduce core functionality of a paid subscription, we will provide reasonable notice.
These Terms apply for as long as you have an active account or subscription.
You may terminate your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at [email protected]. Termination will take effect at the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated.
Teamline may suspend or terminate access to the Service immediately if: you materially breach these Terms; your use poses a security or legal risk; or required by law or a third-party platform or provider.
Upon termination, access to the Service will cease. Data retention and deletion are governed by Teamline's Privacy Policy.
THE SERVICE, INCLUDING ANY AI-GENERATED OUTPUTS, IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. TEAMLINE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TEAMLINE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. TEAMLINE'S TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO TEAMLINE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved by binding arbitration in Delaware, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
You may not assign these Terms without Teamline's prior written consent. Teamline may assign these Terms as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Teamline regarding the Service and supersede any prior agreements.
